At BrainySprint, we offer fully digital products—primarily online courses and lectures—that are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Please review the terms of our digital delivery process below.

1. Instant Digital Delivery

All courses are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive immediate access to your purchased content. No physical goods will be shipped.

2. Access Method

You can access your courses by logging into your personal account on BrainySprint. The course materials will be available within your user dashboard under "My Courses" or equivalent section.

3. Account Activation for New Users

If you are a new customer, an account will be automatically created during checkout using the email address provided. Login credentials (username and password setup or confirmation) will be sent to your registered email.

4. Delivery Confirmation

An email confirmation will be sent immediately after purchase. This email will include:

  • Confirmation of payment

  • Course enrolment details

  • Access credentials or instructions (if applicable)

This email serves as your proof of digital delivery.

5. Internet Connection Required

All course content is hosted online. A stable internet connection is required to stream or access materials. We are not responsible for any limitations due to connectivity issues on your end.

8. No Physical Shipment

Please note: We do not ship CDs, printed books, USB drives, or any other physical products. All materials are digital and accessed online only.
