Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
  • a. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • b. Refunds will only be considered if the purchased e-learning materials have not been accessed, downloaded, or used in any manner.
  • c. Once the e-learning materials have been delivered and accessed, the purchase becomes non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
2. Requesting a Refund
  • a. Refund requests can be submitted through the Contact Us page on our website.
  • b. You may also email us at support@brainysprint.com.
  • c. Please include your proof of purchase to help us process your request promptly.
3. Refund Processing
  • a. Eligible refund requests will be reviewed within seven (7) business days.
  • b. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • c. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
