1. Refund Eligibility

a. Refund requests must be made within 7days of purchase.
b. Refunds will only be considered if the e-learning materials have not been opened, downloaded, or accessed in any way.
c. Refunds are not available once the e-learning materials have been delivered and accessed.

2. How to Request a Refund

b. Alternatively, email us at support@brainysprint.com
c. Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

3. Refund Processing

a. Requests will be reviewed within seven (7) business days.
b. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
c. Refund credit times may vary depending on your payment provider.
