1. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence to access and use the specific e-learning materials purchased.

2. All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY), Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), and United States Dollar (USD). Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.

3. Full payment must be received and successfully processed before access to any e-learning materials is provided.

4. After successful payment, a purchase confirmation and instructions for accessing your e-learning materials will be sent to your registered email address.

5. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share the purchased e-learning materials without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
  • 1. We do not guarantee any particular educational, professional, or personal outcome from using our e-learning materials.
  • 2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or materials.
  • 3. Our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant e-learning materials.
Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
