1. All payments made to us are for a one-off purchase and grant you non-transferable, single-user access to the specific e-learning materials purchased.

2. Prices for e-learning materials are stated in Japanese Yen (JPY), Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) & US Dollar (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Full payment is required before the e-learning materials are sent to you.

4. Confirmation of purchase, including the e-learning materials or download instructions, will be sent to your registered email address after checkout.

5. By purchasing our e-learning materials, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

Limitation of Liability
  • 1. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes from any e-learning materials.
  • 2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our materials.
  • 3. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the purchased e-learning materials.
Governing Law

These policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
